How do you ensure chocolate quality during shipping?
We use temperature-controlled packaging and insulated liners during warmer months to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition without melting.
Are your chocolates nut-free or allergen-friendly?
While we offer products without nut ingredients, all our chocolates are produced in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, milk, soy, and wheat.
What is the shelf life of your handmade truffles?
For the best tasting experience, we recommend consuming our fresh truffles within 3 to 4 weeks of purchase. Store them in a cool, dry place between 16-18°C (60-65°F).
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and the selected shipping method.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift order?

What is your return policy for food items?
